Work is performed expertly and transparently from one of SSI’s offshore development centers in Asia. During project initiation, our team meets with you in person to work through the details of the engagement and define the project scope, deliverables, screen layouts, reporting, functionality issues, timelines and other aspects of project development. After gathering of all requirements and necessary details regarding project, work shifts to SSI offshore teams.
This combination model for complete workforce integration provides an onshore team to directly interact with you and, depending on project specifics, serve as consultant, managing the requirements gathering for design, functionality and architecture of the project. The offshore team interacts transparently through the onshore team, but can also provide additional consulting and business analyses support, greatly minimizing cost and implementation time of your development project.
